Great to meet you!

I am passionate about supporting families through difficult seasons. My name is Ariana Orosz, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certified in play therapy and expressive arts. I specialize in working with children and parents who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, ADHD, and the stress that comes with navigating big emotions. Many of the families I work with are trying their best while feeling unsure how to support their child or restore calm and connection at home. I help children and parents build emotional awareness, and feel more confident responding to stress and big feelings.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and developmentally appropriate. With kids, therapy is play-based, allowing them to communicate in ways that feel natural and safe. With parents, I focus on mindfulness, changing patterns, and validation.

What you can expect from me

The first session is the intake session. This session will cover a variety of topics so we can build a foundation for our sessions together. We will collaboratively form a plan to achieve the goals you have for therapy. With the first session, as with all sessions, you will be met with unconditional empathy and no judgment.
