Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor with a doctoral degree in Counseling and Psychological Studies. I work with clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflict, and addiction. My approach blends evidence-based practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, and person-centered counseling, while incorporating a holistic perspective. I’m passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard. I draw on both my clinical training and personal experiences to support clients in building resilience, developing coping strategies, and finding meaningful personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and flexible approach, meeting each client where they are, supporting their individual goals, and tailoring therapy to their unique experiences. I draw on evidence-based methods while keeping the focus on the whole person. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflict, and addictions, develop practical coping skills, and strengthen resilience to foster meaningful, lasting personal growth.

What you can expect from me

I like the first session to feel natural and relaxed. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable and safe sharing your thoughts and experiences. Together, we’ll get to know each other, discuss what brought you to therapy, and start exploring your goals for our work together. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions, and for us to begin shaping a plan that feels right for you.
