Great to meet you!

First, thank you for taking this pivotal step in seeking therapy as an act of self-care. I am eager to walk alongside you in your journey towards healing, greater life fulfillment and enriching relationships with yourself and others.

I received my doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University. I have extensive experience working with young adults within various settings. Additionally, I enjoy being active in academia through professing and supervising.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in Psychodynamic and Attachment-Focused theory. Together we will work to make the unconscious conscious, process your experiences, explore relational dynamics, provide healing to your wounded parts, and move you closer to the person you would like to be.

As a child of Iranian immigrants, I value and celebrate that no two humans are the same. I encourage identity exploration in a nonjudgmental and safe space. It is my goal that all parts of you feel heard and accepted.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal as your therapist is to create and hold a space which fosters greater self-love, deeper connection with your internal experience, your authenticity, and the world around you.

I help clients work through relational difficulties, family of origin concerns, identity exploration, trauma, depression, anxiety, and more. If you are looking to find healing, growth, safety and acceptance, I look forward to welcoming you into my therapy office. I cannot wait to connect!
