Great to meet you!

With over 17 years of experience, I help adults understand why they feel the way they do, not just how to manage it. My work supports people navigating stress, major life transitions, relational and attachment patterns, self-worth struggles, and postpartum or adjustment concerns.

Grounded in attachment theory, I help clients understand how early experiences shape adult relationships, emotional patterns, and intimacy. Together, we look at what your patterns have been protecting you from, and build toward connection that feels safer and more genuinely yours.

I have a particular focus on supporting women through grief, infertility, divorce, and identity shifts, working with the emotional, physical, and relational sides of that process together, not just one piece at a time. My goal is to help you understand yourself clearly enough to trust yourself again, and to build a life that actually feels like it's yours.

My approach to therapy

My treatment style is integrative, attachment-based, and trauma-informed, drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches to meet each client's unique needs. My work is grounded in understanding how attachment patterns, early relational experiences, and unresolved trauma can shape emotional well-being, relationships, and sense of self. I incorporate EMDR as part of my work alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, and Psychodrama.

I have advanced coursework in eating disorder treatment, with training in the emotional, behavioral, relational, and nutritional aspects of eating disorders. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, eating concerns, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, I tailor treatment thoughtfully to support deeper healing, lasting growth, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a clinical intake. I'll gather your history, including relevant background on mood, relationships, family patterns, and any prior treatment, and we'll talk through what's brought you to therapy at this time.

Rather than moving straight into strategies, I'm listening for what your patterns have been protecting, and what your nervous system had to learn early on to keep you safe. I ask questions that let that come into view on its own, rather than telling you what I think is going on. By the end of this session, we'll have a clear enough picture to know where the real work needs to start, along with initial treatment goals and a general direction for our work together going forward.
