Great to meet you!

My name is Arianna Haines. I graduated from the University of Illinois in 2019 with my MSW. I am currently licensed as an LCSW since September 2025. I have ten years of experience working with children and families within child welfare. Prior to my work in child welfare, I participated in several internship and volunteer opportunities working with adults and children with disabilities. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety and stress especially as it relates to interpersonal challenges, life transitions, day to day stressors, and employment challenges. I also specialize in grief with an emphasis on navigating the loss of non-traditional relationships, such as your beloved pets.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my Australian Shepherd Hudson, reading a good book, and spending time with family and friends. I also love to travel and connect with nature by visiting National Parks or relaxing beaches. My favorite destinations have been the Pacific Northwest and Kauai Hawaii.

My approach to therapy

I understand the importance of accommodating to the unique and individual needs of each of my therapy clients. My approach is to incorporate humor into therapy and to empower you to meet your goals in a warm and affirmative environment. I can adapt to a challenging and direct therapeutic environment with ease if that is needed to meet your goals.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, we will navigate together what has brought you to therapy, your goals, what you are looking for in a therapist, and any relevant background information that you feel is important to the session. This conversation will be focused on understanding your needs, answering any questions you may have, and determining if I am a good fit for you. It is important that in this first session you feel comfortable and validated.
