My primary focus in counseling is to provide a safe and comfortable place for you to share your concerns, fears, and goals. I work with individuals, groups, and families on a wide range of issues ranging from relationship conflicts to anxiety, depression, and major life changes. I do a lot of work with people dealing with chronic illnesses, particularly Type I diabetes.
My goal is for all of my clients to walk away from therapy feeling heard and understood, but also feeling like they have some concrete solutions. I want my clients to have a deeper conceptualization of what they are in treatment for. I don't just want you to feel better after therapy, I want your situation to actually improve in a tangible way.
