I'm Arianna Killebrew, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) trained in EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I take an integrative approach to therapy, which means I tailor treatment to the person sitting across from me rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.
My background includes work in domestic violence shelters, schools, outpatient mental health, and legal and child welfare systems. I've spent much of my career working alongside people navigating trauma, major life stress, complicated relationships, and situations that felt bigger than what they knew how to handle on their own.
I'm not just sitting back while you try to figure everything out on your own. I'll be in your corner, I'll laugh with you, and I'll help you sort through what's actually going on. When something isn't working, we'll talk about it. When you're feeling stuck, we'll figure out why. And when life feels overwhelming, we'll find ways to make it feel more manageable. The goal isn't just to understand why you're hurting—it's for things to actually feel different outside of session, too.
