Great to meet you!

As a former Division I track and field athlete, I know what it's like to push yourself to the limit — and what happens when the pressure starts to feel like too much. The expectations, the constant performance, the feeling that you have to be "on" all the time.

I also know what it feels like to not quite fit in, to question who you are outside of the roles you've been playing. That's what led me to this work — a deep understanding that sometimes, the hardest race you run is the one inside your own mind.

My approach is rooted in real experience and genuine care. I create a space where you can drop the mask, breathe, and start figuring out what feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from ACT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, culturally responsive care, and neurodivergent-affirming practices. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, values, and experiences while building practical skills that support meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to understand what’s bringing you to therapy, what matters most to you, and what you’d like to feel different. Rather than focusing only on what’s “wrong,” we’ll look at the bigger picture and begin identifying practical ways to manage difficult emotions, strengthen boundaries, quiet self-criticism, and move toward the life you want.
