Great to meet you!

My name is Arianna, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I hold an MA in Clinical Counseling from Palo Alto University and live in the North Bay Area with my many dogs. I have been a practicing therapist for 10 years and am experienced in a variety of settings with many different conditions, socioeconomic backgrounds, ethnicities, religions, genders, sexual identities and interests. I welcome individuals of all backgrounds from ages 15 and older.

My approach to therapy

I am a hands on therapist that still allows for plenty of flexibility and personal choice. You will find me to be direct and goal oriented, while still being empathetic and kind. I provide space for my clients to progress at their own pace, while still holding them accountable to themselves and their goals.

I am an integrative therapist who draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness/ meditation, motivational interviewing and positive psychology, using a patient centered empowerment model.

I focus on treating anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and interpersonal relationship difficulties. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ people using an inclusive feminist lens and empowerment model.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you feel heard and become the best possible version of yourself, as defined by you and no one else. Come to me if you feel like you’re not where you want to be in life, if you feel like no one understands you, or like you might not even understand yourself.

I want to help you realize your goals and desires in life, even if you’re not quite sure what they are at the moment. Together we will piece together a happy and fulfilling life, one step at a time.
