Great to meet you!

I'm curious, playful, welcoming, honest, funny, and a bit of a nerd. I see and can hold the bigger picture for my clients. I am extremely empathetic and can use this intuition to hear the deeper truths of my clients. The communities I serve love that I can walk beside them, and that we get to collaborate on the best ways to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I use Drama Therapy and a relational, attachment-focused lens to support healing and self-discovery. We'll bring your internal world to life with metaphor, movement, story, and sometimes a bit of play. I believe healing isn't about fixing what's broken—it's about making space for all of who you are.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to feel things out. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and how I can support you. It's okay to feel nervous or unsure—there's no right way to begin. We'll take it step by step, together.
