Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Dr. Arianna Zabriskie, a licensed clinical psychologist and dedicated educator passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges and transitions. My journey in psychology began with undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Human Development & Family Studies from Colorado State University, followed by advanced training at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where I earned both my MA and PsyD in Clinical Psychology. I have extensive experience providing neuropsychological, psychoeducational, and personality assessments in both clinical and forensic settings. My clinical work spans adolescents and adults, and includes individual and group therapy, psychological testing, disability evaluations, and specialized interventions for depression and trauma. I’m committed to collaborative, evidence-based care and have worked in diverse environments, from outpatient clinics to inpatient treatment centers and telehealth platforms.

My approach to therapy

In my work with clients, I take an integrative approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Jungian psychoanalytic principles. I believe that meaningful change happens when we address both the practical patterns of thoughts and behaviors that affect daily life, and the deeper, often unconscious processes that shape our sense of self and belonging.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is all about creating a safe and welcoming space where you feel truly heard, seen, and respected. I approach every client with warmth, compassion, and genuine curiosity about your unique story. My priority is to help you feel comfortable and supported as we begin working together.

During our initial meeting, I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns or hopes you may have. We’ll talk about your background, current challenges, and what you’d like to get out of our work together. I’ll answer any questions you have about the therapy process and discuss how my integrative approach—blending cognitive behavioral strategies with deeper exploration—can support your healing and growth.

You can expect a collaborative conversation where your voice matters. My aim is for you to leave our first session feeling understood and empowered, with a clear sense of next steps and a foundation of trust to build upon in future sessions.
