My approach to therapy

I specialize in DBT and CBT, offering an enthusiastic, strengths-based approach to therapy that balances evidence-based tools with genuine human connection. I believe growth happens best in a supportive space that feels encouraging, empowering, and—yes—sometimes even fun. I normalize diverse and unconventional ways of living, meet clients without judgment, and bring real-world perspective shaped by extensive lived experience. With humor, compassion, and practical skills, I support clients as they build insight, resilience, and meaningful change—while watching them grow into the most authentic version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, you can expect a friendly, open-minded comprehensive assessment and a tailored treatment plan to address your most pressing concerns and challenges.
