Hi, I'm Arianne Masloski, LMFT.
Some clients want a therapist who will mostly listen. Others want a therapist who will listen carefully, tell the truth kindly, and help them actually do something with it. That is exactly what I offer as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
My Approach I bring a calm, direct, no-nonsense style to therapy while still creating a space that feels entirely supportive, respectful, and safe. I am a great fit for clients who appreciate honesty, structure, and practical guidance—especially if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or unsure how to break old patterns.
Who I Work With & How I Help I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, family conflict, life transitions, crisis-related stress, and complex mental health concerns.
To help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change, I draw from a robust toolkit of proven modalities, including:
My Background I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and my Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth. I am also currently pursuing a PhD in Forensic Psychology at Walden University, with specialized interests in complex trauma, family systems, and high-risk populations.
Let's Get to Work I see clients ages 10 and older, and I am available for sessions through our Stafford office and via telehealth. If you are looking for a therapist who is supportive but not passive, and compassionate but not afraid to be direct, I am ready to help you take that next step.
