Great to meet you!

Arianne Masloski is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has experience supporting clients through trauma, emotional dysregulation, family conflict, life transitions, crisis situations, and complex mental health concerns. Arianne approaches therapy through a trauma-informed, client-centered, and culturally responsive lens, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

Arianne’s clinical background includes outpatient therapy, family therapy, case management, crisis stabilization, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She incorporates family systems therapy, DBT-informed interventions, motivational interviewing, EMDR techniques, CBT, and strengths-based approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.

Arianne earned her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and her Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Forensic Psychology at Walden University, with specialized interests in complex trauma, family systems, and high-risk populations.

My approach to therapy

Arianne is committed to creating a supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered as they work toward healing, stability, and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, Arianne focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where clients can begin sharing their story at a pace that feels comfortable. She will spend time getting to know each client’s current concerns, history, strengths, relationships, and goals for therapy. For children, adolescents, and families, she also works to understand the family system, communication patterns, and areas where additional support may be helpful.

Clients can expect Arianne to be warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. The first session may include discussing what brought the client to therapy, identifying immediate needs or stressors, reviewing relevant background information, and beginning to develop a treatment plan. Arianne also welcomes questions about the therapy process and works with clients to clarify what they hope to gain from counseling.

Her goal in the first session is not to rush the process, but to build trust, understand each client’s unique needs, and begin creating a path toward healing, stability, and meaningful change.
