Arianne Smith

I am a Florida native who graduated from the University of Florida with a dual specialist and master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling and Guidance in 2011. Following my graduate degree, I served two years in the Peace Corps. I've been licensed since 2016 and currently have an office in Jacksonville, Florida in the Riverside neighborhood. I also offer telehealth services. Looking forward to connecting with you soon!

I am comfortable with working with clients of all ages. I offer individual, family and couples therapy. I draw from a variety of counseling theories and techniques including person-centered, play and art therapy techniques, cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.

My approach in the therapeutic process is one that supports and guides you to gain greater understanding of yourself and your relationships. In therapy we will set goals, explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors and work together toward your desired outcomes.
