Great to meet you!

Therapy can be a powerful place to recenter, build skills, and dive deeper - so congrats on taking that first step. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of experience supporting clients in a variety of settings, including schools and outpatient hospital clinics. Over the last 7 years, I have focused my work on adolescents and young adults ages 14–25 who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, school challenges, identity development, and the pressure of figuring out who they are and where they are headed. My goal is to provide a supportive and neuro-affirming space where you can better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and build skills that help you feel more grounded and confident!

My approach to therapy

My approach begins with compassion, curiosity, and nonjudgment. I work first to understand your individual strengths and challenges. From there, we use those strengths as a foundation for exploration and skill-building. In session, we may explore patterns related to anxiety, depression, stress, school pressure, relationships, self-esteem, or major life transitions. My style is interactive, supportive, honest, and humorous when it fits. I believe you likely already have many of the tools you need, and therapy can help you recognize, strengthen, and build on them in ways that support your whole well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know each other and making sure I am the right fit for you. We will talk about your current challenges, what brought you to therapy, what has been working, what has not been working, and what you hope will feel different moving forward. We will also explore your strengths, interests, support systems, and goals for therapy. I will work to create a safe, brave space that encourages honesty, vulnerability, and growth. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, respected, and more clear about the next steps we can take together.
