Great to meet you!

With 14 years of mental‐health experience, I specialize in medication management for adults struggling with symptoms such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood swings, overwhelm, sleep issues, and difficulty concentrating. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel more stable, supported, and in control of your daily life.

I take time to understand your symptoms, your goals, and what’s been getting in the way, so we can create a personalized treatment plan that truly fits your needs. Whether you're dealing with persistent worry, low motivation, irritability, or trouble managing stress, I’m here to help you find relief and feel like yourself again.

As a bilingual Spanish‐speaking provider, I offer care in both English and Spanish to ensure treatment is accessible and culturally sensitive.

If you're ready to explore medication options and take meaningful steps toward feeling better, I’d be honored to support you.

My approach to therapy

As a board-certified dual practice nurse practitioner (PMHNP, AGNP ), I specialize in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy across the lifespan. I treat ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders. I provide individualized, bilingual (English/Spanish), and trauma-informed care centered entirely on your needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about the symptoms affecting your daily life—such as anxiety, low mood, trouble focusing, sleep issues, overwhelm, or mood changes. I’ll ask about your history, what you’ve tried before, and what you hope to improve so we can create a plan that feels realistic and supportive.

Because I specialize in medication management, we’ll review any current or past medications and discuss whether medication might be helpful. There’s no pressure—my goal is to give you clear information and help you make decisions that feel right for you.

With 14 years of experience, my approach is warm, patient‐centered, and collaborative. By the end of the first session, you’ll have a better understanding of your symptoms and the next steps in your treatment plan. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish to ensure comfort and accessibility.
