Specializes in

Trauma

Great to meet you!

I love the quote, "When you can remember your trauma without reliving it, that is the day you are freed," by Mandy Antoniacci. As an EMDR-T specialist, if you are looking for healing and support and are experiencing grief or trauma, I would love to help. I also specialize in working with neurodivergent thinkers, specifically ADHD and Autism. EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy are great tools for neurodivergent individuals to use! You can schedule with me online at www.MindMovingTherapy.com.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have more than 20 years of experience working with diverse populations, ages 14 to 100. My passion for working with trauma, grief, and neurodivergence extend into years of clinical experience in the following settings: Community Clinic, State Jail, The Rape Crisis Center, and 15 years working with adolescents in the public schools.

What you can expect from our first session

I would be honored to work alongside you and support you in your mental health journey. You can meet with me in office or via telehealth. I also offer complimentary 20-minute telehealth and in-office consultations so you can determine if we are a good fit!
