Great to meet you!

My name is Aricksha and I go by Ari and I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 4+ years of experience working with those struggling with their mental health. I create a warm, affirming space for BIPOC who are ready to reconnect with themselves while navigating life’s challenges. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, or relationship stress, unsure of where to start.

My approach to therapy

My approach is calm, collaborative, and culturally responsive to your lived experience — blending compassion with practical strategies to help you feel grounded and supported. Together, we’ll unpack what’s weighing you down, make sense of your experiences, and build tools that help you show up for yourself with confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what’s been bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask gentle questions to understand your background, what’s been feeling heavy, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. This first session is about building comfort and trust. You can expect to leave our first session with a sense of direction and relief knowing you’ve taken an important step toward feeling more grounded and supported.
