Great to meet you!

I understand that beginning therapy can seem intimidating and quite overwhelming, and many times, the toughest part of the experience is taking that first step. Still, you have made it here, and you are commencing your important journey to heal and rebuild yourself. I am grateful for the opportunity to meet with you and learn the best ways I can be of service. My practice style is very warm, caring, and collaborative.

My approach to therapy

I apply established evidence-based methods including cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-based therapy to offer a high level of supportive, direct, and compassionate emotional care. I am a licensed clinical social worker with five years of professional clinical experience in healthcare facilities assisting individuals and families through chronic health issues, loss, and major life shifts. My background includes specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy and certificates in palliative and end-of-life care.

What you can expect from me

Through our partnership, we will work to identify coping strategies for a wide range of life’s stressors, including depression, anxiety, changes in life, loss, relationship difficulties, and more. I believe that you remain the expert of your own life, and it is a priority that we collaborate on a customized plan to help you realize your goals, focus on healing, and rebuild your foundation in a way that feels sustainable.
