Great to meet you!

My approach is warm, affirming, and collaborative. I believe it's important to validate and honor my clients' experiences while also gently challenging beliefs, patterns, or behaviors that may no longer be serving them.

I specialize in working with high-functioning queer and trans adults—often the person everyone else assumes is "doing fine." Many of my clients are successful, capable, and dependable on the outside, while carrying stress, self-doubt, burnout, or unresolved challenges beneath the surface. I provide a space where you can show up fully, explore what’s working and what isn’t, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

My clients are often the people others rely on—the ones balancing careers, relationships, family responsibilities, and the everyday demands of life while working hard to keep everything running smoothly. Yet beneath the surface, they may feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted.

In my work, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR to help clients process past trauma, make sense of their experiences, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Together, we'll identify what matters most to you and build the skills and flexibility needed to move through life's challenges in ways that align with your values.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus will be on getting to know you and understanding what has brought you to therapy. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you—there's no pressure to share more than you're ready to.

As trust and comfort develop, we'll work together to identify your goals, explore the challenges you're facing, and create a plan that supports your growth, healing, and overall well-being.
