Great to meet you!

I'm Glad You're Here!

Reaching out for support can be a big step, and I’m honored to be part of that process. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’ve worked in schools, hospitals, and counseling centers with adolescents and adults from a variety of cultural backgrounds facing concerns such as depression, trauma, and family conflict. I believe every person has inherent value and the capacity for growth, and my goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life and relationships.

My approach to therapy

How I Approach Therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe exploring your experiences while also gaining practical tools to move forward. I also believe many clients already hold the insight and strength needed for change—they just need the space and support to discover it. Together we’ll explore patterns that may be contributing to stress in your life or relationships while building healthier ways to cope, communicate, and set boundaries. My goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and experience meaningful personal growth as you navigate life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

What Our First Session Will Look Like

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, goals, and the challenges you’re currently facing. If you’re new to therapy, this is simply a space to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Together we’ll begin identifying what you hope to gain from therapy and how we can work toward those goals. My aim is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the process.
