Great to meet you!

I have worked in the field of mental health and social services since I graduated with a degree is Counseling Psychology in 2015. After receiving a graduate degree in Social Work from UConn in 2020, I continued to work in the field as a clinician and am now a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I've worked with many different populations over the years and in multiple settings including outpatient programs, school and community based services, as well as residential programs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I aim to provide a warm, welcoming and safe place for clients to express themselves. I do my best to connect with each person I work with, using humor and genuineness through out our sessions. My biggest strength is my ability to connect with different people and perspectives, I'm very open-minded and nonjudgmental.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to feel heard and accepted for who they are following sessions with me. They can also expect to feel more motivated to achieve their goals and supported.
