Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Ariel, a Doctor of Nursing Practice, professor, and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).I provide care for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and substance use disorders. My background includes working across telehealth, inpatient, and outpatient settings, including detox and addiction treatment.

I bring a warm, down-to-earth approach and value working collaboratively with my clients. My focus is to create a supportive environment where you feel heard and respected as we work together toward real, lasting progress

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, personalized, and goal-oriented. I combine medication management with supportive, evidence-based strategies to help clients better understand their symptoms and make meaningful progress.

I strive to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their care.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brought you in, your history, and what you hope to gain from treatment. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a clear picture of your experiences while creating a supportive and comfortable environment where you can speak openly.

By the end of our time together, you’ll have initial insights and a personalized plan, which may include medication management, practical coping strategies, and clear next steps moving forward.
