Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ariel. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and change even when life's challenges make that difficult to see. I've found that healing happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and empowered - and therapy should be a place where you don’t have to hold it all together alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, self-esteem concerns, and other emotional or behavioral challenges.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another.

We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from the process. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and determine whether I feel like a good fit for your needs. There is no pressure to share everything at once.
