Great to meet you!

I am licensed in Florida with four years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, and anger management. I also have experience working with trauma, abuse, relationship issues, and family conflicts. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower my clients in their journey, bridging them from a state of crisis to normalcy.

My approach to therapy

I often work with couples, families, and adolescents navigating family conflict and relationship issues. I primarily focus on emotional regulation and communication skills.
