Great to meet you!

I believe healing lives in the body, in the tender work of becoming. Together, you and I will work to reveal your innate capacity for growth and restoration. Are you ready to begin?

Perhaps you are like me. I've always been fascinated by what it means to be human: how we grow, relate, grieve, and heal. Over the past decade, I’ve worked in community and clinical settings, from hospitals and long-term care to grief support and nonprofit organizations, walking alongside people in times of transition, loss, and renewal.

I hold a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State. I completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Washington, where I was a Fellow at the Center for Integrative Oncology and Palliative Care Social Work, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Portland State University. I am also a Certified Grief Counselor (CG-C) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, intuitive, and embodied. You will find that therapy is a path to help you reconnect with your mind, body, and inner experience. Healing is about integrating the past to create a more peaceful present, and sessions are tailored to your unique needs and strengths.

We will explore your concerns at your pace, using evidence-based tools alongside curiosity and reflection. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and harm reduction.

What you can expect from me

You are taking an extraordinary step forward by seeking out care. Before your first therapy session, you’ll complete intake paperwork through a secure online portal. I will review this in advance so that when we meet, I already have a sense of your history, what brings you here, and your goals for our work together. The first session will be a comprehensive assessment of your current concerns, your history, and what you hope to achieve.
