Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than eight years of postgraduate experience. My background includes psychiatric social work, medical social work, and community mental health, with a particular focus on crisis intervention. I have a special interest in supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. I strive to create a supportive, compassionate space where clients can feel heard as they navigate challenging times.

My approach to therapy

My approach is primarily solution-focused and goal-oriented. I support clients in identifying practical ways to cope with current stressors while creating space to reflect on their experiences in a healthy and meaningful way. My goal is for clients to leave sessions with tangible tools, insights, or next steps they can use in their everyday lives.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will complete an overall assessment and discuss what brings you to therapy. We will explore your goals, review your mental health history, and begin identifying areas where support may be most helpful. This first session is an opportunity for us to build a foundation for our work together and develop a clear direction for therapy.
