Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker who has worked in the mental health field for 10+ years. I have helped individuals, couples and families work through and cope with depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, peer relationships, life transitions, career counseling, chronic illnesses, bereavement, family conflict, parenting, premarital and marital issues. I have certifications in CBT & Hypnosis and Meaning Centered Psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy

While life is filled with joy and meaning, it can also be painful and difficult at times. My focus is to help you understand and work through whatever it is that you are experiencing. I hope to provide a supportive environment where you feel safe and comfortable to share. I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach and therefore utilize a mixture of interventions and techniques to best support your growth journey.

What you can expect from me

By helping you see your role in what’s not working in your life, you can then make changes to better improve your reality and reach your goals. I will encourage you to maximize your potential and build a strong sense of self-esteem and self-awareness. This will help you manage whatever hurdles come your way and ultimately live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
