Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) providing psychotherapy to adults via telehealth. I work collaboratively with clients to address anxiety, mood-related concerns, stress, and life transitions, using an evidence-based and client-centered approach. My background includes integrating traditional talk therapy with creative and reflective techniques when helpful. I aim to create a supportive, thoughtful space where clients can better understand themselves and work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work with clients to better understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while building practical tools for coping and growth. When appropriate, I incorporate creative and reflective techniques to deepen insight and support self-expression. I tailor treatment to each client’s needs, with a focus on anxiety, mood concerns, stress, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive space to share what’s bringing them to therapy and what they hope to get out of it. We’ll review relevant background, discuss goals for treatment, and talk about what has and hasn’t been helpful in the past. I focus on helping clients feel comfortable, understood, and not rushed. Together, we’ll begin outlining next steps and what ongoing work might look like.
