Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with a BA from the University of Florida and an MSW from the University of Pennsylvania. I work with adults navigating anxiety and big life transitions such as graduating, career changes, relationship shifts, or just figuring out what's next. While I see adults of all ages, I especially enjoy working with clients in the college-through-post-grad stage.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, open-minded, and collaborative. I believe you're the expert on your own life, and my job is to meet you where you're at. I draw from CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy to help build practical tools alongside real progress. Rather than a one-size-fits-all method, I tailor our work together to what actually feels right and useful for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start understanding what brought you to therapy right now. We'll talk through your history, current challenges, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and with a clearer sense of where we'll focus moving forward.
