Great to meet you!

Clients often describe me as calm, genuine, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be fully yourself, without judgment. My background includes a Master’s in Social Work from NYU and 8+ years of experience working with individuals facing Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. My approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), helping individuals develop practical tools to regulate emotions, reduce stress, and create lasting change. I focus on helping clients build emotional resilience, set healthy boundaries, and feel more in control of their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to the therapy is to provide a non judgmental, warm and understanding ear while also sharing tools that could help regulate emotions, tolerate life stressors, improve interpersonal relationships and self love.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming space where you’ll feel heard, understood, and supported. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and begin identifying what you’d like to work on. My approach is empathetic and solution-focused. By the end of our first session, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and concrete goals for moving forward.
