Great to meet you!

Taking the courageous step to care for your mental health is the foundation for overcoming life’s challenges. As a skilled and dedicated therapist, I will guide you in unlocking your inner strengths and building the tools you need to create a fulfilling and balanced life. I gained experience by working in outpatient and residential facilities throughout the Los Angeles community, providing individual and group support to those managing co-occurring disorders and family system challenges. I am especially passionate about working with individuals who are managing anxiety and depression, feelings of low self- worth, relationship difficulties, and impulsive behaviors. I received a BS from Boston University, and a MS in Counseling from California State University, Northridge, graduating with honors.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, integrative, and individualized. Drawing from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients build practical skills to regulate emotions, manage distress, and shift unhelpful thought patterns. Using Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS) language, we’ll explore deeper emotional wounds and unlock the mind-body connection for lasting healing. I utilize Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques to further support self-awareness and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard. While therapy is a place of comfort, it’s also a place of growth—I will challenge you to explore new perspectives and break through patterns that no longer serve you. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you leave with practical, realistic tools that empower you to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Together, we’ll create meaningful change and help you move forward with clarity and strength.
