Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist with more than 12 years of clinical training and experience working with adults and adolescents. Through a trauma-informed lens, I help clients navigate ADHD, strengthen their self-worth, deepen their relationships, and challenge messages that have taught them to make themselves small. I especially enjoy supporting women and gender-expansive people of color. Clients often describe me as warm, casual, curious, and gently direct.

My approach to therapy

I take a relational, attachment-based approach, drawing from AEDP, IFS, ACT, and EMDR. Together, we’ll gently explore how your experiences and relationships have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others. At a pace that feels right for you, we’ll also use our therapeutic relationship as a safe place to notice old patterns, make room for healing, and practice more secure and fulfilling ways of relating. Along the way, I’ll incorporate acceptance- and mindfulness-based practices to help you navigate difficult thoughts and emotions with greater compassion, build new skills, and recognize the strengths you already have.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, conversational space where you feel supported, understood, and attuned to. Together, we’ll explore how your relationships and past experiences have shaped the ways you connect, protect yourself, and make sense of the world. Integrating what we learn with practical and evidence-based tools, we will work toward greater self-understanding, security, and meaningful change.
