Great to meet you!

  • As a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe seeking support is a courageous step toward understanding yourself and creating the life you want. I primarily work with women in their 20s and 30s who are navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, identity, trauma, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences, heal past wounds, and develop a deeper connection with themselves.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when we are able to understand and honor the full story of who we are — our thoughts, emotions, experiences, and the ways our bodies hold those experiences. I take a holistic, individualized approach to therapy, working collaboratively with you to explore patterns, build awareness, and develop tools that support meaningful change. My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout your therapeutic journey.

What you can expect from me

I always begin with an introductory session where we’ll take time to understand your experiences, what has shaped you, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. As we continue working together, we’ll explore your emotions, patterns, and responses with curiosity and compassion while building tools that support your goals. From there, we’ll continue to make space for whatever comes up, honoring where you are in the moment while gently moving toward growth and deeper understanding.
