Great to meet you!

I work with individuals and couples who are navigating relationship distress, emotional overwhelm, and recurring patterns that feel difficult to shift despite insight and effort. Individual therapy is offered through insurance, while couples therapy is provided via private pay to support the depth and structure relational work requires.

My work is grounded in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and nervous-system-aware pacing. I specialize in helping clients slow things down, understand relational dynamics, and build emotional safety — both internally and within their relationships.

Please note: While I accept insurance for individual therapy, couples therapy is offered via private pay only due to the different clinical structure required for relational work

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational and trauma-informed. I integrate attachment-based therapy, the Gottman Method for couples, and somatic awareness to support regulation, insight, and meaningful change.

Rather than pushing for emotional processing before there is enough safety or capacity, I focus on creating a steady, collaborative container where difficult conversations can happen at a manageable pace. I pay close attention to patterns, emotional misattunements, and nervous system responses that shape how we relate to ourselves and others.

What you can expect from me

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. In our first meeting, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you in, what you’ve already tried, and what feels most important to address now.

Clients can expect a thoughtful, guided conversation with clear structure and reflection. I may ask questions about relationships, stressors, and emotional patterns, and we’ll begin identifying goals and next steps together. My aim is for clients to leave early sessions feeling oriented, supported, and clearer about the direction of our work.
