Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I am a compassionate and creative therapist who views clients through a holistic lens. I have my Master's in Mental Health Counseling and am currently working on my Ph.D in Psychology with a specialization in Creativity, Innovation, and Leadership.

My research interests include the mental health of performers such as artists and athletes as well as examining the impact of self worth being tied to performance.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a safe judgment free zone where clients can process, explore, and gain insights about themselves, others, and the world. I believe a part of my role is to help my clients peel back the layers and address the root cause of whatever they may be facing, as that is where the true work takes place.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a freeing environment that they look forward to attending each session as they work towards their goals. They can also expect a warm welcome and the feeling of being heard and seen.
