Great to meet you!

I'm Arielle, and I offer individual psychotherapy for adults dealing with a wide range of personal challenges. I am particularly passionate about supporting people through big life transitions, such as graduating college, entering or leaving an important relationship, or starting a family. I have experience treating patients with depression, anxiety, and ADHD, and I have done specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

My approach to therapy

In our work, you will tell me where you want to go and I will provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment and concrete tools to help you get there. I’ll guide you in using mindfulness, cognitive and behavioral skills to improve your relationships and regulate your emotions more effectively. I will also ask questions and offer observations that will help you to develop deeper insight into unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior and empower you to change those patterns.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, we may focus on improving self-esteem, exploring your identity, building interpersonal relationship skills or improving emotion regulation skills. I can guide you in developing your ability to acknowledge, name, and manage your emotions more effectively.
