Great to meet you!

I'm an LCSW based in Denver, Colorado, and I'm currently accepting new clients through insurance. I work with adults who are navigating life transitions, anxiety depression, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ identities. I believe in showing up authentically and developing a relationship in which you feel both nurtured and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based — I draw on CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness techniques to help clients build practical tools while also exploring the deeper patterns behind their struggles. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation, not a one-size-fits all formula. I show up with sincerity, warmth, humor, and a desire to walk along side you in your healing.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's bringing you in, what's felt hard lately, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy — but there's no pressure to have it all figured out. I'll answer any questions you may have about the therapy process. My hope is for you to leave our first session feeling heard and understood. By the end, we'll have a sense of whether we're a good fit and what we might focus on together.
