Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a clinical and holistic based therapist focusing on Trauma and Nervous System care for women and children. You don’t have to keep carrying the weight of trauma, stress, or emotional overwhelm on your own. Healing is possible when you feel truly seen, supported, and equipped with the right tools. With over 15 years of clinical and intuitive experience, I help you reconnect with your strengths, restore balance, and move toward greater health, resilience, and wholeness in mind, body, and spirit.

My approach to therapy

Your experiences are unique, so therapy should be too. I blend evidence-based approaches, including Creative Arts Therapy, CBT, IFS, EMDR, EFT, Somatic Therapy, and solution-focused interventions, to create a personalized path toward healing and growth. My work is rooted in understanding how trauma impacts both the mind and nervous system, helping you build emotional regulation, deepen self-awareness, and create lasting change. Throughout the process, I provide a safe, trusting, and collaborative space where your goals remain at the center of our work.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and explore what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll discuss your current challenges, identify your wellness goals, and begin creating a roadmap for the support you’re seeking. You can expect warmth, grounding, curiosity, and genuine presence as I listen to your story, answer your questions, and ensure our work feels aligned with your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead. Feel free to request a quick intro call with me at time of booking.
