Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ariga Aghajanian, MA, LMFT. I obtained my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University in 2022. I have worked in private practice settings and enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, relationship struggles, communication challenges, anger, and life transitions.

I believe healing begins in a safe and supportive environment where you feel truly seen and understood. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges. Together we create space to process openly, discover new perspectives, and begin meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I work with teens and adults, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs. My approach is warm, kind, and compassionate, while also being honest and direct to support meaningful change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Attachment-Based, and Client-Centered approaches to help foster lasting growth. We can explore culture and any cultural challenges you would like to process in a respectful, affirming space. I am trained in Christian counseling and am happy to integrate faith into our work upon request.

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to process challenges, build stronger relationships, and develop tools that support growth and self-worth. My goal is for you to leave feeling grounded, encouraged, and challenged in meaningful ways.
