I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical specialist ( ASDCS) and Certified Dementia Practitioner . I enjoy working with our most vulnerable populations. I empower seniors, children and families by employing evidenced based interventions. I work with individuals, special needs children and families in the area of depression, anxiety, stress management and adjusting to life changes. I utilize humor to foster and strengthen the therapeutic alliance.

The initial meeting with a therapist is sometimes intimidating. To combat this uneasiness, I take the time to meet my clients where they are. I listen to their perceived concerns and collaborate with them to develop the most effective treatment plan. This necessary step cultivates a strong foundation and relationship that promotes treatment adherence and positive outcomes.

Clients will take away new insights and improved coping skills. Clients will sense the genuine commitment to our therapeutic alliance. I will provide a safe and calming environment that encourages reciprocal transparency.
