Arin Brutlag

I am a nonbinary therapist with a passion for supporting gender-diverse clients and their loved ones, as well as working with trauma and grief.

I am trained in experiential and narrative family therapy, and I take a systems-based approach. I specialize in working with transgender clients, using a variety of therapy techniques to help clients work through difficult feelings and conversations, and engaging in trauma-informed interventions and grief work. I am able to provide letters of support for gender-affirming care. I work with clients from all walks of life and am an LGBTQIA+ friendly provider.

My treatment plans are never one-size-fits-all, and I will work with you to figure out the goals you want to accomplish and how to get you to where you want to be. I aim create a friendly, warm environment where my clients feel safe to process the most challenging topics.
