Great to meet you!

I’m Arisbei Palomino, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 26 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, stress, and major life transitions. I have a special interest in supporting women, including those navigating pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and other seasons of change.

I believe therapy should be a warm, empowering, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling in your relationships, processing past experiences, or simply know that something needs to change, I’ll take the time to understand your unique experiences and goals.

My goal is to help you gain clarity, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that help you feel more confident and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, solution-oriented, and empowering. I believe therapy should be personalized to your needs and provide both a safe space to be heard and practical support for creating change.

I draw from Cognitive Processing Therapy, attachment-based, strength-based, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing approaches. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences that may be affecting you while identifying healthier ways to cope and move forward.

I’ll meet you where you are, build on your strengths, and help you take meaningful steps toward the changes you want to see in your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what brought you to therapy, and explore what you hope to accomplish. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin.

I’ll take the time to understand your experiences, concerns, strengths, and goals while creating a warm and supportive space where you can share at your own pace. Together, we’ll identify where you’d like to start and what meaningful progress could look like for you.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and confident that you have the support you need to take the next step.
