I attended The Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. I specialized in Health and Mental Health. I have over15 years of experience providing mental health treatment and services for children, teens, adults, and families.
My therapeutic approach is simple, real conversation in a safe, empathetic, collaborative, and non-judgmental space. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, work stressors, or just need someone to listen in a supportive way, I will be there to help guide you every step of the way.
