Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, and postpartum challenges, helping them make sense of overwhelming emotions and reconnect with themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and solution-focused techniques. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, real conversation where you’re supported, challenged, and given practical tools you can actually use in your everyday life. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start just a willingness to show up.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to meet you where you are. I use an integrative style that blends cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and solution-focused techniques to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building practical skills for change. I work with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, and postpartum challenges, with a focus on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life. In our work together, I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be open, feel supported, and move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, relaxed space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll spend time getting to know you—what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once we move at your pace.

Together, we’ll begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you, whether that’s managing anxiety, adjusting to a new season like postpartum life, or creating healthier patterns in your relationships. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction for our work together.
