Great to meet you!

I am compassionate and dedicated, committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while fostering personal growth and resilience. I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, helping you build coping skills, improve relationships, and enhance overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative, focusing on meeting clients where they are and tailoring evidence-based techniques to individual unique needs. I emphasize building a strong therapeutic relationship, promoting self-awareness, and empowering clients to develop practical coping skills, improve relationships, and enhance overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we begin getting to know one another. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and any goals you may have. I may ask questions about your background, relationships, and past experiences to better understand your unique story.

This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you’re hoping for in therapy, and get a sense of whether this feels like a good fit for you. We’ll review confidentiality, discuss the therapy process, and begin outlining a plan tailored to your needs. Most importantly, the first session is about creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable moving forward at your own pace.
