Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support is a courageous first step, and my goal is to provide a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to be yourself. I believe therapy is most effective when it is built on trust, respect, and a genuine partnership.

My approach to therapy

My approach is individualized and evidence-based, integrating therapeutic techniques that help you build resilience, strengthen coping skills, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to meet you where you are, recognizing your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

What you can expect from me

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), postpartum mental health concerns, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem issues. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with intrusive thoughts, navigating the emotional changes of pregnancy or parenthood, or trying to better manage attention and focus, we'll work together to develop practical strategies that fit your life. In the first session I will provide a safe, supportive space for you to be able to express yourself in whatever way is necessary.
