Great to meet you!

I've been a therapist for over 18 years. In that time I have worked with many people with various needs. Change can be hard. I am a good listener, open, and eager to support people through their therapy journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to provide a safe space for people to share, process, and build insight about the issues they experience. I also prioritize supporting people in their personal goals for change and growth. Therapy should be an experience that is tailored to the person's needs.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect that I will ask questions aimed at getting to know you and your concerns. You can also expect to share what brought you to therapy and the vision you have for change, healing, and growth.
