Hi there - I'm a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in helping people with anxiety, depression, grief and loss issues, loss of job, and mid-life crises.

I have a Masters degree in Social Work and a Bachelors in Health Science with over 35 years of experience working with adults and senior citizens. I particularly enjoy helping seniors adapt and cope with the myriad of changes that aging presents. Having a background as a nurse, is helpful with chronic medical conditions . Also, I can help clients navigate through the complexities of the healthcare system including teaching self-advocacy.It is an honor and privilege to work with folks who reach out for help and are motivated and brave The common denominator for help is empowering clients to improve their quality of life as well as obtaining a balance towards wellness.

I believe in helping my clients feel comfortable by having non-judgemental and honest conversations that honor the individual while exploring the root causes of why they are struggling or "stuck". Together we can arrive at solutions that work best for each person.
