Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of clinical experience, including 11 years as a middle school social worker. My background in both clinical practice and education allows me to effectively support adolescents navigating social, emotional, and academic stressors, as well as adults facing life’s challenges. Therapy is as unique as you are, and I provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space for adolescents, young adults, and adults. I also provide Nurturing Parenting Training to help parents and caregivers strengthen connection and confidence in their parenting.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, with therapy tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. I help adolescents and adults develop practical skills for emotional regulation, coping, communication, self-awareness, and confidence. Together, we identify strengths, explore what may be getting in the way, and develop strategies that can be used in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to feel comfortable, share what brought you to therapy, and begin identifying your goals. I’ll take time to listen, get to know you, and understand your unique needs and experiences. Together, we’ll begin developing a treatment approach that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about moving forward.
